Free Shipping Colfax Direct provides FREE Ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states on most orders over $499. Please note that while most orders above $499 are shipped Ground at no additional cost, there are exceptions*.
* Some products are subject to Shipping charges. You are always notified when shipping charges apply prior to the fulfillment of an order.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS Colfax Direct ships ONLY FREIGHT COLLECT* internationally to all countries as per appllicable US export control laws using the carrier of customers choice (FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.)
Please make sure to check your local laws, rules and regulations in regards to all custom/brokerage fees, duties, taxes and restrictions imposed on goods imported into the country of destination as all fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient and not Colfax Direct. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Q: What is the "Freight Collect" shipping option? A: Freight Collect means that you, the customer, have your own shipping account with FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT or another freight company. When using this option, you must provide your UPS or FedEx account number in the "Freight Collect Account Number" field of our shipping order form.
